EXPLORING A DIMENSIONS IN TESTIMONY ACTIVITY: PREWAR JEWISH LIFE

In this webinar, teachers will learn about the USC Shoah Foundation’s new Dimensions in Testimony activity that introduces students to the topic of pre-World War II Jewish life through interactions with Jewish survivor, Pinchas Gutter. In this activity, students learn the techniques for having a conversation with a survivor and how to construct questions appropriately to elicit personal, historical and universal thematic responses. Upon completion, students choose a creative expression to share what they have learned.
